AGREEMENT BETWEEN BUYER AND Herbees.eu

By ordering any of our (UK-Kratom) products, you are agreeing to these conditions.

 

The buyer understands that all Herbees products are offered for herbal specimen, legitimate research, incense, educational and/or ornamental purposes only. The buyer of Herbees's products understand that they are "NOT SOLD FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION". Herbees and it's agents do not take any responsibility, implied or otherwise, from whatever use you may make of our products. Any information provided by Herbees or any agents tied to Herbees over the e-mail, phone, fax, or other form of transmission, including any links to or from this site is purely for educational purposes and should never be interpreted as a recommendation for a specific treatment plan, product, or course of action. We make no assumption or representation that the information or products, referenced are available, appropriate, or are legal outside of The Netherlands.

The person or persons ordering any products understand that they must research the laws in their city, state or country. Neither Herbees, nor any of its directors, employees, or agents will be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of this site or products, including compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages.

The Seller deems the offer of Goods void where prohibited. In the event Goods are lost during transit, due to Buyer negligence to obey applicable laws, the Seller deems loss the responsibility of the Buyer. Any risk of loss expressly passes to the Buyer upon purchase of Goods.

AGE

Goods may not be purchased by anyone less than 18 years of age. Buyer agrees that all orders may be subject to the requirement of adult signature or other proof of age of Buyer at time of purchase.

 

SHIPPING

The Seller will make all efforts to ship Goods to Buyer expeditiously. In the event of delay, Buyer acknowledges that the Seller is not liable.

 

Redelivery service will be provided at no additional charge. A notice of attempted delivery will be left at the Recipient's address after each attempted delivery, indicating date and time of the presentation. Any Shipment which cannot be delivered after three (3) attempted deliveries will be returned to the nearest FedEx facility and an attempt made to notify the Recipient. In the case of deliveries to a private address ("Residential Deliveries"), only one re-attempt will be made after the initial attempted delivery.

If the Shipment has not been delivered after three (3) attempted deliveries (two (2) in case of a Residential Delivery) or after being held for five (5) Business Days from the date the Shipment is received and, where applicable, has cleared customs in a destination station, it will be considered undeliverable.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

 

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:

  • Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
  • We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

 

Non delivery and Return Policy

If for any reason the order cannot be delivered we will reimburse the order total MINUS the following cost (shipping and handling cost):

  • 1kg: $ 60,-
  • 2kg: $ 80,-
  • 3kg: $ 100,-
  • 4kg: $ 110,-
  • Above 4kg the price will be calculated based on the above cost.
